About the role We are currently recruiting for a Vegetation Officer, based in Queanbeyan.
As a Vegetation Officer, you'll support our Vegetation Management program by conducting audits, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and engaging with stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
Your expertise in arboriculture and utility vegetation management will be essential in maintaining our network and meeting customer needs.

About You You are an experienced professional in utility vegetation management and arboriculture practices, with a solid understanding of electricity distribution networks.
Your strong interpersonal and communication skills enable you to effectively engage with customers and stakeholders.
You are detail-oriented, capable of conducting accurate assessments, and committed to safety and quality standards.
Your ability to work both independently and as part of a team, along with your problem-solving skills and willingness to undertake further training, make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Required Qualifications Certificate III in Arboriculture (Works Coordinator specialisation) or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
