Some of your primary duties and responsibilities will include the following: Monitor all annual processes for the delivery of Victorian Certificate of Education at MLC, ensuring regulatory compliance.Manage and develop processes for subject selection, including preparation of proformas, online subject selection processes, Pathways Information Evening and Subject Information Evening.Manage procedures with Heads of Department and Middle School for production of the examination papers for the internal MLC examinations and the trial GAT.Carry out all VCE Administration procedures in compliance with VCAA and MLC guidelines.Collate VCE course work assessment dates across all studies.Coordinate rescheduling of VCE Assessments after student absences.Manage VCE specific processes for examination procedures for internal MLC examinations in accordance with VCAA regulations.Manage the organisation of the MLC trial GAT.Liaise with the Chief Supervisor for VCE external examinations.Manage VCE specific aspects of reporting in the Senior School including Concerns regarding students continuing in a VCE study.Liaise with Middle School and Careers regarding the Year 10-11 subject choice procedure including expressions of interest in taking a Unit 3 / 4 study.Liaise with Learning Support regarding students with special needs, particularly at examination times.Liaise with the International Student Advisor and/or Head of Boarding regarding the curriculum needs of International Students, particularly with regard to course and subject selection and enrolment in the appropriate VCE English course.Maintain up to date records of student meetings and outcomes on the MLC Connect database.
