The Role An exciting opportunity has become available for a VCE Administrator to join our dynamic team.
In this role, the VCE Administrator will provide administrative support and assistance to the VCE Coordinator and Teaching staff to ensure the best outcomes for VCE students.
You will provide quality communication and co-ordinate exam periods, ensuring the VASS Database is accurately maintained and support the Academic Reporting process on the campus.
This is a 12-month fixed term full time opportunity based at our Caulfield Campus and commences January 2025.
Key Duties The point of contact for VCAA, exam enquiries, special considerations and more, while ensuring that all interactions are warm, friendly and welcoming.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks as required, including Academic Reporting and Data Entry.
Provide exceptional customer service with extensive organisational skills Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours Skills and Experience Administrative experience including data entry and reporting using Microsoft Suite Exceptional customer service with great attention to detail Previous experience in an educational setting will be highly regarded Highly motivated with good communication skills Level 1 First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis Management Certification or be prepared to obtain these Hold or willing to obtain an Employment Working With Children Check.
