Vbs Coordinator

We are recruiting for an experienced VBS Coordinator reporting to our NSW Transport and FCL Depots Manager.
Based out of either Port Botany or St Mary's  Note this is NOT a hybrid position it is office based.
OWN TRANSPORT IS ESSENTIAL What your day will look like, responsibilities including: Rail Coordination – Work alongside rail coordinators to ensure alignment of Rail and road, maximise wharf collection process's Booking slots through one stopEnsure containers are cleared for collectionEnsure all containers have been collected/delivered as per the internal system.Ensure Export containers have the correct PRA before lodgement at the terminal.Ensure slots are booked and completed in an acceptable timeframesEnsure any no shows or late fees are recorded and charges are managed appropriatelyMaintain effective daily communication with the terminals and internal departmentsRail CoordinationWhat we need from you: Be able to work within a team environment.1-2 years previous experience in similar roleExperience with one Stop preferred.Ability to be flexible and work outside of normal office hours when required (nights and weekends)Have good Communication skills.Demonstrated knowledge of Workplace Health and SafetyAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast pace environmentBy choosing to work at ACFS, you will be shaping the future of logistics and creating a career at Australia's largest privately owned container logistics operator ACFS is the largest privately owned container logistics operator in Australia.
