Selection Criteria SC1 Demonstrated high level competency in VASS in a large secondary school. SC2 Demonstrated proficiency and the capacity to utilise information technology applications such as Microsoft Suite, CASES 21, Victorian Assessment Software System (VASS) and Compass. SC3 Demonstrated ability to work within established guidelines, to self-manage time and solve any issues as they arise. SC4 Demonstrated capability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work as part of a collaborative team. SC5 Demonstrated ability to contribute to a range of Senior school specific administration support tasks (e.g. VET; attendance tracking). Role Work Collaboratively with the Data and Reporting team Maintain school's records system, including day to day oversight of EdVal Daily, EdVal Staff and the Victorian Assessment Software System (VASS), CASES 21 and Compass Provide accurate and timely data entry into the VASS System, i.e., results, VET Programs etc. Provide regular communication and planning to teaching staff to enable adherence to the strict VCAA timelines Quality control of VASS results compared with Teacher Results, report any inconsistencies. Run VASS reports to ensure all requirements are met Maintain student files, ensuring all relevant documents are collated and maintained. Coordinate and update details through VASS including subject selection, student enrolments, indicative grades and results Enter results for VET, VCE Unit 1 & 2, Unit 3 & 4 Coordinate VET enrolments for WynBay LLEN Regularly update the VASS system including transferring students to/from College and making changes to student details and subject selections Coordinate VET enrolments and certificates for students studying subjects through external groups such as VSV and VSL General VASS Admier;text-indent:36.0pt;"> VASS Coordinator- Bemin Secondary College Dual Campus - Dual Opportunities Respect, Excellence, Innovation & Community Bemin Secondary College requires Education Support staff who are innovative, flexible, and confident in their ability to contribute to the school community in order for the students to achieve their individual best learning and wellbeing outcomes.
