The Opportunity:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated HSE Advisors to join our team. There are multiple roles available on either a 2:1 FIFO or 10:4 DIDO roster. These opportunities are ideal for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy working across multiple sites and industries. As an HSE Advisor at SCEE, you will play a crucial role in promoting and ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance across our diverse projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs across various project sites.
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Provide HSE training and support to all levels of staff and contractors.
Investigate incidents and near-misses and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders on HSE matters.
Prepare and maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
Foster a culture of safety and environmental awareness across all project sites.

Qualifications and Experience:
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
Proven experience as an HSE Advisor, preferably in the mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work on various rosters and travel to multiple project sites.
