What are we expecting from you?Supporting our Sales Team in boutique, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring effective practices on stock movement (receiving & transferring…), storage (safe, stock count & specification…), cash and bill procedures (POS, float, bank deposit…), report and document preparation (reservation, consignment, stock, sales reconciliation, traffic, invoices, archives, mails…)Being the point of contact for workshop and work closely with Sales Associate & Workshop Administrator (if appropriate), to manage the repairing process, client service activities and spare parts inventoryContributing to positive team spirit and external third parties' relationships & actively participating in the day-to-day boutique life & event organization – developing personal knowledge & skills, group training sessions and virtual learning platform to raise awareness on back-office activities among the sales team by training his/her backupProactively providing support to the sales team, welcome clients and ease their waiting to ensure a high level of client experience and in-store journeyMore than a role….
