About the Role The incumbent will be required to provide valuation advice and undertake complex, urgent and sensitive valuations for compulsory acquisition purposes. Developing a strong working relationship with both internal and external stakeholders is essential.
Undertake valuations for government agencies and public sector clients, ensuring compliance with valuation standards and timely delivery.Provide expert advice on valuation policy, particularly in the area of compulsory acquisition, to client organisations and the government.Support infrastructure valuation projects through property research and strategic advice.Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of policies and procedures for delivering valuation services, including the VGV Quality Management System (QMS).The Department of Transport and Planning is looking for a skilled Valuer to support government agencies and public sector clients with property valuations and strategic advice. This role involves delivering timely valuations, advising on policy, and improving valuation standards.
