What this job involves
We are now taking Expressions of Interest for Valuers to join our growing valuations team for 2025.
The positions are located in Canberra as part of the wider JLL Value & Risk team, with the aim of growing our team within the region to strengthen our local position as a market leader/provider.
Candidates of either a development background or commercial valuation background at all levels are encouraged to apply; however, here's a broad snapshot of what is expected:
Provide timely, accurate asset valuations and consultancy advice across all asset classes for a wide variety of purposes (i.e., financial reporting, first mortgage security, and consultancy advice).
Undertake financial and sensitivity analysis and modelling.
Compile and verify complex market evidence for reports and analysis.
Provide direct assistance as required to enable the national team to effectively undertake its functions.
Attend client functions and seminars to market our services, as required.
Actively promote self and the JLL business through client engagement and marketing initiatives.
Leverage research capacity by circulating relevant market data and sales analysis.
Development of detailed and complex reports consistent with client and stakeholder requirements.

An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications
Desired experience and technical skills
We are looking for experienced valuers who are enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join the team.
Here are some of the skills and experience we are looking for:
Tertiary qualifications in property valuation.
Current AAPI and Certified Practising Valuer status.
Registered/licensed with relevant authority.
Current Driver's Licence.
Completion of current API Risk Management Module.
Completion of current API Certificate of Compliance.
