The role Reporting to the Head of Reporting & Analysis, Office, the Valuation Manager is responsible for the reporting and valuation program for our office portfolio.
In this critical role, you will work with multiple stakeholders across the Group and contribute to the overall investment strategy of our office division.
What you will be doing Coordinating the valuation process for all office assets including annual and bi annual schedules, appointment and instructions to external valuers and coordinating preparation of valuation briefs.
Preparing quarterly Valuation Committee Papers and bi annual Board Audit and Risk Management Committee Papers.
Modelling and sensitivity analysis of portfolio performance and the creation of cash flows and valuations for office assets.
Contributing to the preparation of Investment Committee recommendations for the approval of large capital investments, acquisitions or divestments, along with assisting with new development recommendations.
Working with Capital Transactions, assisting in modelling potential investments.
Undertaking quarterly portfolio statistical analysis and reporting, and due diligence for external reporting.
Preparing quarterly, six monthly, and annual data packs for portfolio and group reporting.
What makes you stand out We are seeking an experienced, and qualified valuer, who has a proven track record in commercial real estate valuations.
You will have a solid understanding of real estate investment fundamentals, as well as excellent financial modelling and planning skills.
Experience in report writing and working with senior stakeholders will be essential for your success in this role.
