No BD Required. $100k of Fees / Month to dive into.

If you're currently a Director or an Associate Director with a Hospitality Valuations background, this is an option to join the fastest growing Valuations firm in Aus in a Hospitality team where they are winning almost ? of all the work that they tender for.
They are performing incredibly well.
With this in mind, this is a role you will be able to dive straight into with $100k of fees / month and absolutely NO business development required.
The Role:

Full local VIC coverage & national scope – clients to inherit and they obviously welcome new work but it isn't a requirement.
Clients a mix of Owners, Operators and all major banks.
In Pubs / clubs, hotels, motels, caravan parks.
No operations management.
Reporting to the Head of the Division managing a team of 12 nationally and steady biller.
Further opportunity to build a team underneath you (the work is there).
Bonus Structure: circa 2.3x and 40%.
OTE $220k+ (Salary $150-175k + bonuses) + over a month of fee relief to find your feet without pressure.
Melbourne CBD Based. Tied in with the National Strategic team of Directors.

I do understand that if you're in bonus territory, you are not going to want to leave your role until after payout season. Totally get it & so does this firm. The proposal here is that they want to start conversations now with the aim of starting after bonuses are paid.
This might be ideal for a current Associate Director who can't see space within their current firm to step up to Director at the start of 2025.
If you're looking at your 5 year plan, a great point to note is that previous Directors from this team now sit in Big 4 / Top 8 Advisory firms.
