What you will do: Provide effective leadership in the development of teaching and learning programs in the Technologies Learning Area in line with the Australian Curriculum, SACE, and the Site Improvement Plan.Provide expert leadership of STEM and Technologies that maximizes learning outcomes and post-school pathways for all students.Model and provide leadership to support teachers to implement the Technologies curriculum through research-based pedagogical practices, performance and development processes, and the Site Improvement Plan resulting in high achievement and engagement in Technologies.Provide leadership in developing and sustaining an effective and cohesive Technologies team through the lens of school improvement and positive school culture.What you will bring: Demonstrated high-level interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with staff, students, parents, and the wider community.Experience in implementing and developing planned programs aimed at improving the educational outcomes for students through modeling and promoting effective differentiated teaching and learning practice.Knowledge of Cybersecurity or related technologies.What to do now?
