Our client ensures that the products they create are truly effective and have proven health benefits. The Validation Engineer will test and pre-test the systems used onsite to manufacture products. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and documenting validation activities to ensure compliance with TGA requirements. Responsibilities Include Develop and execute IQ, OQ, PQ validation protocols – manufacturing equipment, machines, procedures Qualification and maintenance of HVAC systems Manage, coordinate, and maintain the site validation master plan Develop and run test protocols Populate equipment validation protocols Perform and conduct P&ID walk-downs and verification of system drawings Manage validation documentation, commissioning test scripts, qualification validation protocols, summary reports and risk assessments Review design deliverables from engineering including drawings, datasheets, specifications and engineering lists Provide the relevant support for regulatory audits, submissions and other auditor requests Skills & Experience Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or related field Extensive experience in computerised system validation Knowledge of PICs/GMP Experience with air handlers/HVAC/monitoring requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Benefits/Culture This is a small, tight knit team within a leading health and wellness contract manufacturing company.
