As a Valet Concierge, you will be the face of our high-end service, ensuring every customer's arrival and departure experience is nothing short of exceptional. Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities, including greeting customers with a warm welcome, providing professional valet services, and offering expert knowledge of the airport precinct to enhance their stay. You'll play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our customers, whether it's through face-to-face interactions, phone assistance, or through providing support to the Online Concierge Team. Key responsibilities:
The role's duties and accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
First point of contact for customers providing a high level of service in greeting and welcoming customers whilst offering them a professional valet services.
Attend to customer needs by ensuring a positive and memorable experience is provided.
Provide high level knowledge of the airport precinct to answer customers queries regarding airport amenities and other available services.
Collect and accurately label keys belonging to customers to ensure efficient and effective return of vehicle.
afely parking and retrieval of customer vehicles.
Organise and file paperwork relating to customers vehicles and daily transactions.
Ensure all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
Assist and provide support to the Online Concierge Team with customer service and administrative tasks as required or as directed by the site supervisor / manager.
The successful candidate will have:
Previous customer experience
A genuine passion for providing excellent customer service and customer first attitude
Full manual VIC Drivers Licence and a clean driving record
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team focused and flexible
Accountability and personal integrity are essential as the nature of the position allows access to a client's personal and private information.
Ability to multitask and tend to several customers at once.
Experience driving vehicles with both manual and automatic transmission.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent computer literacy
Immaculate personal presentation
Flexibility to work a 24-hours rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays
All successful candidates will be required to complete a medical assessment and need to be comfortable to walk up to 10,000 steps per shift and feel at ease on their feet for up to 8 hours.
