About the Role... You will be responsible for technical support in V6 applications to Alspec's customers. Working collaboratively with other team members to support internal and external customers to ensure Alspec exceeds customer expectations.
The key tasks of the role include:
Answering enquires over phone or email.Assisting Fabricators with the day to day running of their AiQ Database.Managing Alspec App Support ticketing system.Assisting Fabricators with updates to their AiQ database.Performing remote troubleshooting.Ensuring the information in the ticketing system is thorough for future cases and escalated tickets for development.Follow-up and update Fabricators on the status of their tickets.Relaying information to development team of any issues identified in the testing or Fabricators tickets.About You... This is a busy role that requires someone with a bright, proactive friendly personality who thrives under pressure and enjoys interacting with our customers and staff.
Proven problem solving, time management and attention to detail with accurate typing would be highly regarded.

Ideally you will have experience and knowledge of Softech V6 software or other estimating calculators covering general use and how to create quotes in these applications.
With exposure to some or all of the following:
Knowledge of SoftTech V6.Exceptional customer service skills.Excellent communication skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
