An exciting opportunity is available in our Sydney-based Proptech company.Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:Work in close collaboration with product owners, technical teams, and other UX/UI designers to design experiences and interfaces, preferably using Figma.Create UX artefacts such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user flows, sketches, and interactive prototypes, through to high-fidelity production-ready UI and visual designs.Create intuitive UX/UI solutions to the problems raised by business teams and external customers amidst constraints in the product's technical framework.Conduct user interviews based on strong knowledge of user research methodology.Gather data through surveys, questionnaires, interactive product features, and data analytics. Maintain a database of customers and user interview outcomes.Continuous interface improvement on the existing Teamlink platform including both app & web portals.Prepare and perform usability tests with users to gather direct feedback.Ability to analyse and synthesize data and research results into actionable recommendations that inform design and content strategies.Create and introduce efficient and reusable design assets and templates.About you3+ years of experience managing design projects.Tertiary education in UX/UI design or related field.At least 1 year of Web/App UI/UX design experience.At least 1 year of Digital design experience.Understand the fundamentals of agile methodologies.Strong visual and interaction design skills.Strong verbal and written skills; ability to communicate UX strategy and plans and report on success to senior management throughout the business.Working experience using Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, Google, JIRA, and Confluence.Website coding experience preferred.Location: SydneyType: Full-timeTeam: UI/UXTo apply, submit via the application form below.
