Nuage has partnered with a Technology company who are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Designer. In the role, you will be leading a small team and driving impactful projects across app, website, and CMS platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Lead UX/UI Designer overseeing app, website, and CMS design.Review and evaluate portfolios and case studies to maintain design excellence.Mentor and guide a Junior UX/UI Designer already on the team, focusing on internal CMS platformsLead design efforts for the customer-facing website and mobile app (iOS and Android), with a special focus on the app in the next 6 months.Contribute to and shape the design process (still evolving).Collaborate closely with the team on research and user experience improvements. Must-Haves:
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with 1-2 years in a senior or lead role.Proven experience designing for both apps and websites (not just SaaS).Start-up experience with an agile mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Figma.Strong understanding of service design principles.
