UX/UI Designer | Banking | Hybrid - Sydney, 2000 | $140k-$170k + super + generous bonus WOW Recruitment are seeking a strong mid-weight UX/UI designer to join one of Australia's leading banks. You'll join a dynamic design and product team where you'll work collaboratively, always putting the user at the heart of all design decisions.
You'll work end to end across the full user journey; defining problem statements, personas, journey maps, developing hi-fi prototypes (figma), conducting user research and A/B testing. Experience -
Around 4-5 years experience as a UX/UI Designer, working with cross-functional agile teams.Experience using an established Design System, and strong documentation skills.You have solid experience with CRO, and can expertly craft a seamless journey.Confident conducting research and usability testing.No previous banking or fintech experience required - we're looking for strong designers who have a knack for optimizing conversion, and are focused on delivering exceptional UX work.
