Your new role As an experienced Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and development of a portfolio of the organisation's latest product range. You will collaborate closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers to create products that provide a compelling and innovative user experience. You will play an important end-to-end role, from discovery through to design, staying up to date with the latest design trends and advancements. Working autonomously and/or as part of a smaller product team, you will craft solutions that help your organisation keep its competitive advantage.
To be successful in this role, you will need: A minimum of 5+ years in a product/UX & UI design role. Technical proficiency with design software tools Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with 3D modelling software such as Shapr3D or SolidWorks is a huge plus! Proven experience with rapid prototyping and wireframing, as well as knowledge of motion design and interactive animations. Strong analytical skills, with experience in gathering and applying user feedback to improve product designs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
