Responsibilities Identify user needs and requirements to guide the design process. Conduct thorough user research and testing to understand our audience and improve design outcomes. Design user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces that resonate with users. Develop and refine interaction models that enhance usability and accessibility. Create detailed user flows and personas to drive effective decision-making. Define requirements for usability testing and conduct analyses to validate design choices. Perform in-depth user testing and analysis, identifying pain points and opportunities for enhancement. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve usability issues throughout the design process. Report on UX design activities, providing insights and actionable recommendations. Offer guidance and constructive feedback to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. What You'll Bring Proven UI/UX design experience. Proficient in Adobe XD, Google Analytics GA4, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio showcasing diverse design and website projects.
