HiR is recruiting multiple roles for one of Australia and #x27;s largest IT consulting organisations. Working with Tier 1 clients on infrastructure, primary resources, national security, defence and aerospace projects, you and #x27;ll provide consultation, system integration, infrastructure outsourcing and application services. UX Designer Department of Health and amp; Aged Care - ACT or Brisbane based. The duties and responsibilities of UI/UX designer are as follows: • Design intuitive interfaces for public-facing systems and services
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Develop design collateral and reusable front-end components
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Present and advocate for user friendly designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and
executivelevel stakeholders
• Incorporate userfeedback and research in the designand delivery of interfaces
• Experience in usingwireframing/prototyping toolssuch asAdobe XD and Figma.
Role Deliverables • Produce high-quality UX solutions through wireframes, flow diagrams,
storyboards, and prototypes.
To be considered for this role you will have at least 1 year of commercial experience as a UI/UX designer. • Experience withAdobe XD, Figma or equivalent tools
• Experience in conducting testing of prototypes with users and capturing insights and feedback
• Solid understanding of accessible design principles and experience in designing to meet WCAG guidelines, including AA Compliance
• Experience in designing information architecture and arranging functionality and content into logical and intuitive structures
• Experience with Agile software development and project delivery
ACT or Brisbane preferred butwill consider other locations in Australia. Successful applicants are required to work from the state office for a minimum of 3 days per week. Remote/flexible work arrangements can be discussed with the specified personnel's manager upon commencement.
Priorto any engagement, candidates will have to provide evidence of:

• Proof of citizenship (if born overseas).
