UX Lead Are you a visionary UX Lead with a passion for user experience and a proven track record of leading design teams?Are you an expert in e-commerce platofrms?If so, we want to hear from you.What We Offer: Salary range from $160k - $180k plus Super and bonus 80% work from home (if you want to) Central Sydney Location Opportunity to inspire development an design teams The Opportunity We are seeking a visionary UX Lead to join our growing design team.You'll be responsible for shaping the user experience of our products, from initial research to final implementation.Leading the UX/UI design process, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.Responsibilities: Lead the entire UX/UI design process, from user research and information architecture to prototyping and usability testing.Develop and maintain a user-centered design philosophy within the team.Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using Figma.Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless user experience.Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.Stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.Clearly communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience in UX/UI design.Previous experience in leading teams and managing projects end to end in a commercial setting Extensive experience with Figma, including advanced features and plugins.Proven track record of leading and mentoring design teams.Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of user research methodologies.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.A passion for creating user-friendly and visually appealing products.Bonus Points: Experience or an interest in the Agricultural Industry Experience working with E commerce marketplaces A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of UX/UI projects.Opportunity to travel For further information on this role or to confidentially apply, please contact Josh Sharpe on 02 8227 9200 or apply directly via the Apply for this job button.Only WORD FORMAT resumes will be accepted.
