About the role: In this role you will:
Provide support in the effective and efficient processing of tenures in accordance with legislation and departmental policy and procedures. Provide efficient customer service and a point of contact for enquiries. Assist with the development and review of administrative procedures impacting workflow and customer service for the Assessment Hub. Maintain registers relating to mining tenures and maintain the database. Receipt monies and assist in the administration of rents, security deposits and other fees and charges in accordance with approved financial management practices. Prepare correspondence and assist in the preparation of briefing notes, reports and submissions. Other duties as directed and required. Why join us?
