Uworkin | Civil Projects Leading Hand/Supervisor

Haynes currently have an opportunity for an experienced Civil Project Supervisor & Leading Hand to work alongside our well-established client located in Townsville to deliver quality projects in civil construction, bulk earthworks, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day running of contractors and developers on site to deliver project on time.
Ensure activities on site are completed to a high standard and attention to detail.
Conduct daily pre-starts and manage feedback from Team.
Provide a high level of communication to the Project Manager.
Commit to workplace health, safety, environment, and quality standards.
Interpret drawings and technical specifications.
About You Current Drivers Licence and White Card.
Relevant experience and qualifications.
Strong experience in a Supervisory role with crews of varying sizes.
Looking for career progression within the industry.
Ability to work on sites in Townsville and surrounding areas.
Must be computer literate.
Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol testing, where necessary.
