UTS is looking for appropriate candidates for Intern, Procurement. As the Intern, Procurement , the position holder is responsible for the management of the daily procurement activities in the School from the request to the delivery of goods, works, and services in a continuous improvement manner. A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Providing effective administrative and logistic support to the Procurement team; Managing teaching aids and following up with the suppliers; Collecting and managing data on the system; Brainstorming initiatives, providing support and enhancements to existing school facilities; Cross-functional support (i.e. School events); Other tasks following the guidance of line manager/supervisors. B.
