About the Role
The Digital Experience Manager (DEM) is responsible for the strategic development and program management of publicly facing digital platforms and major marketing technology projects.
The position will support the Head of Brand Strategy and Digital Marketing to achieve the objectives of the UTS digital marketing strategies and associated operational plans, and contribute to the successful planning, development, and implementation of programs that develop, maintain, and enhance the university's reputation across the digital landscape.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with expertise in digital strategy, user experience (UX), marketing automation (MA), CRM platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
They will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive a seamless, user-centric digital experience that reflects the university's brand, values, and strategic goals.

Developed and implemented a digital experience strategy in alignment with strategic goals in a university or large organization.
Demonstrated skills in campaign strategy and concept development, with an analytics-led approach to digital marketing.
Proven management skills, including the ability to lead and develop a specialist team and maximise results from marketing resources.
Demonstrated experience in analysis, establishing a measurement framework, writing, and presenting marketing reports.
Base Salary Range: $136,830 to $143,345 pa (HEW 9)
This role attracts 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.

This position is full-time , and appointment will be made on a continuing basis .
