Job Opportunity: Building AttendantWe are seeking a Building Attendant to assist in the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Important facilities in South Australia.
This role involves a wide range of services, including maintenance, contractor supervision, waste recycling, and switchboard relief, ensuring smooth operations across the site.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine and ad hoc maintenance tasks.Oversee the ingress and egress of goods through the loading bay.Supervise contractors and trades-persons.Provide relief for switchboard operators as needed.Support recycling and waste management initiatives.Special Conditions:Flexibility for out-of-hours work, overtime, and rotating shifts.A current Driver's Licence is essential.The role requires on-call availability and mobile phone usage as the first point of contact for staff and security.Must be comfortable working at heights and capable of lifting various loads.Shift work applies, with meal allowances for certain hours.Physical fitness is required for this role.Requirements:National Police Clearance (required prior to starting).Medical clearance may be requested.Must be prepared to operate the telephone switchboard for short periods.If you're looking for a dynamic role in a unique environment and possess the physical fitness and flexibility for shift work, we'd love to hear from you.
