User Interface Experience Designer

We are seeking a User Interface Experience Designer to work with a large Government Agency commencing early 2025.
Responsibilities
Producing design concepts and prototypes for user interactions with and experiences of a product, systems or service. Focused on creating a user-friendly, intuitive, and visually appealing interface for the web application. User Interface Design, create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes. This involves working closely with the UX Manager to ensure the interface is intuitive and user-friendly. Visual Design, develop a visually appealing and user-friendly interface, incorporating feedback from usability tests and ensuring consistency with branding guidelines. Ensure the interface is responsive and accessible. Collaborate with developers to implement the UI design. Incorporate feedback from usability tests and user research.
Expectations
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Design a visually appealing and consistent user interface. Ensure the interface is responsive and accessible. Collaborate with developers to implement the UI design. Incorporate feedback from usability tests and user research.
Accountability
Delivering high-quality UI designs and prototypes. Ensuring the UI is implemented accurately in the application. Maintaining design consistency and usability. Meeting project deadlines and milestones. Collaborating effectively with the UX Manager and development team. Candidates must be Australian Citizens with a current AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.
