User Experience Practitioner

We are seeking a User Experience Practitioner to work with a large Government Agency commencing in the new year.

Responsibilities Validating systems, products or services against user experience goals, metrics and targets.User Research: conduct research to understand user needs and preferences. This involves conducting surveys, interviews, and usability studies to gather insights on how users interact with the application.Usability Testing: perform usability testing to refine the user experience. This includes creating test scenarios, recruiting test participants, and analyzing feedback to make necessary improvements.Develop personas, user stories, and user journeys.Collaborate with the UI Designer to refine the user interface.Ensure the application meets usability and accessibility standards. Expectations Delivering actionable user research insights.Ensuring a positive user experience based on feedback.Meeting project deadlines and milestones.Collaborating effectively with the UI Designer and development team.Maintaining usability and accessibility standards. Minimum Requirements Candidates must be Australian Citizens with a current AGSVA Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.
