About the opportunity The User Experience Lead's role is to streamline and ease the experience of end users who interact with Wellways' Enterprise Solutions.
The User Experience Lead will achieve this by: Providing advice and support to the Enterprise Solutions team that ensures the end user experience, including lived experience (collaborating with the Lived Experience Team), is considered and optimized during Solution development, design, configuration and deployment Developing and maintaining end user self-help, guidance and reference materials, with a focus on supporting new Enterprise Solutions and changes Collaborating with the Support Hub Team to target problem ticket areas for focus Collaborating with the Enterprise Applications Lead and Transformation Lead to support the implementation of new Enterprise Solutions Collaborating with the Enterprise Solutions Team to support solution changes, upgrades and releases You will also need: Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check Right to Work within Australia Satisfactory National Police Records Check NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate Proven experience in application support for Client Management, Risk Management, Telephony and/or ERP Systems About Us Wellways connects people, strengthens families, and transforms communities for individuals of all ages experiencing disabilities or challenges to their social and emotional wellbeing.
