Let us know on your application form which role you are interested in!Essential Skills and ExperienceBachelors' degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Desing, Human Computer Interaction or equivalent practical experienceHighly skilled in User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) design, understanding user and business needs, prototyping, testing and building end-to-end digital experiences for customers, staff and business Practical, hands-on design experience delivering user-centred design within large complex transformation projects for internal and external stakeholdersExperience working in agile, multi-disciplinary teams to solve complex problems and address emerging challengesExperience interviewing, prototyping and user testing designs with customers and B2B clientsExperience building and working in digital brand design systems, user interfaces that confirm within corporate brand guidelinesExcellent internal and external stakeholder engagement skillsInterested in the Senior role?The successful candidate will demonstrate end-to-end experience of scoping, estimating and managing design activities across the user-centred design process.
