Our client is seeking an experienced UX / UI designer to support the delivery of a new customer portal.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Lead user experience design efforts for our digital products and services, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience across all touchpoints.Design and deliver information architectures, wireframes, user interface designs, and visual designs that align with our brand identity and meet user needs.Develop and maintain design asset libraries to streamline the design process and ensure consistency across products and services.Conduct user research and testing using visual tools, analytics, and evidence to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to translate user insights into actionable design recommendations and advocate for a user-centered design approach.Build effective stakeholder relationships and communicate design vision and recommendations effectively to influence decision-making.Apply the Digital Service Standard, Agile methodology, and WCAG 2.0/2.1 AA guidelines to ensure accessibility and compliance with industry standards.Work in an embedded agile delivery team, translating UX strategy and concepts into meaningful and deliverable products.Please note due to the nature of work only AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN are considered for this position.
