This role is key to supporting RSLQ in delivering market leading digital experiences that put out customer experience first across our corporate web sites and business applications. The UX designer forms part of the Digital Business Solutions Department, reporting to the Head of ERP and Web Development.
Develop user centred designs based on actionable insights gathered through user research and knowledge of best practices in user centred designFacilitate user-centred iterative design processes to inform data-driven decisionsDevelop personas, user journey's, design briefs, logic flows, screen wireframes and high-fidelity mock website designs within evolving technology, client demands and time constraintsEnsure that designs take into consideration multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tabletsDrive problem solving for UX design related issues in a collaborative way. Assist in embedding the value of customer-centricity within Digital Business Solutions departmentBe an active participant in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders regarding best practices to achieve optimal user designsWhat's required to succeed: Tertiary qualifications in design, interaction design or related field.A minimum of 5 years of working within a web application development team (preferably agile) and using your demonstrated UX design skills to drive improved business outcomesIdeally experience operating in a Microsoft environment (Azure DevOps, Sitecore, MS CRM, etc)Demonstrable experience of operating autonomously as a UX Designer, without reliance on a team of UX designersDemonstrable experience using design tools such as Figma and being able to conceptualise and visualise end-to-end experiences using these toolsDemonstrable knowledge of front-end web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavascriptExtensive knowledge of UX trends, techniques, and technologies.Highly competent experience using creative and critical thinking in matters of unique designs for web-based user interfaces.Proven experience working on multidisciplinary project teamsEmbracing collaboration and innovation, we work as one to lead the change veterans need. We're not afraid to go the extra mile or seek better ways of doing things.
