We're looking for a proactive User Acceptance Testing Coordinator to join our Business Systems team within the Customer Services Branch (CSB), where you'll shape innovative test strategies and ensure top-quality delivery of integrated digital products as well as complex registration and licensing systems. What you will do:
In your role, you will:
Expand and maintain the UAT capability across the branch to ensure the availability of appropriate testing resources for both scheduled and emergent testing, while developing, maintaining, and enhancing all test coordination artifacts, including test strategies, plans, completion reports, and customer acceptance documents. Foster a highly engaged skilled workforce by providing coaching and mentoring to testing teams and system support staff. Continuously enhance testing methodologies, tools, processes, and procedures to ensure the highest quality of digital products and services, while staying informed about industry best practices in testing methods and tools. Serve as the primary point of contact for business, project, and technical stakeholders, providing expert guidance on the scope and management of CSB's testing involvement while effectively liaising and negotiating to foster strong working relationships across teams and client groups. Develop and review comprehensive test strategies for UAT, production verification testing (PVT), and regression testing across Agile and traditional system development projects, while guiding the implementation of automated testing methods and identifying suitable strategies and tools. An individual with:
High degree of business experience with TMR registration and licensing system. Demonstrated experience with automated testing tools. Excellent communication skills and relationship building skills combined with the ability to negotiate and support the development of strong working relationships.
