Job Description: As the Used Vehicle Sales Manager at Youngs WA, you will be responsible for managing the used vehicle sales department, driving sales performance, and ensuring our customers receive outstanding service.
Your leadership will be key in maintaining our reputation for excellence and achieving our sales targets.
Knowledgeable about used vehicle operations, including buying criteria and decision-making processes. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability. Possesses strong financial acumen alongside excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities. An inherent leader who mentors and develops staff with unwavering focus, passion, and determination. Capable of managing used car inventory to maximise profit and ensure a positive return on investment. Demonstrates a strong work ethic with the confidence and enthusiasm to motivate and drive the team towards achieving targets. Maintain an attractive and diverse inventory of used vehicles. Valid driver's licence. Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or extensive experience in an automotive sales role is essential.
