Are you an accomplished Pre-Owned or New Vehicle Sales Manager seeking a new challenge, or a franchise leader ready for a senior management role?

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all activities within the Used Vehicle Sales Department, including planning, directing, and monitoring daily operations.
Drive departmental performance by meeting sales and gross profit targets and mentoring Sales Consultants to achieve their individual goals.
Maintain an efficient sales system and closely monitor inventory, working with the General Sales Manager on stock purchasing and valuation.
Ensure pre-owned vehicles are displayed to their best advantage while securing stock after hours.
Foster an exceptional customer relations environment, dedicated to delivering outstanding satisfaction.
Skills & Experience: Proven leadership within an automotive dealership, with a track record of success in used vehicle sales.
High energy and a passion for fostering a positive team culture.
Results-driven, with the ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and experience with Carsales vehicle presentation and pricing.
A professional demeanour and presentation.
Open, manual driver's license is essential.
