Grand Motors Toyota in Southport are searching for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to oversee their current high performing team.
This is a hands-on management role, leading and mentoring current sales consultants. The successful applicant will work in a challenging and rewarding role with a company that recognises people who add value to the business.
You will have strong organisational skills and a thorough understanding of the current market. You will ensure you and your team reach daily and monthly KPI's. Experience using Tune, DealerSocket and SalesLog will be very highly regarded.
This role reports to the Dealer Principal and will be responsible for the following:
Train, coach, develop and mentor the sales team.
Daily Checkouts with the sales team.
Review, report and oversee all enquiries daily.
Ensure our DMS, Dealer Socket are updated daily.
Be available to meet, greet and manage all customer enquiries.
Promoting the dealership and Toyota brand.
Maintaining the Toyota Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle standards.
Control, recondition and manage our inventory with strict adherence on our days' supply.
Work with the buying team to identify stock opportunity.
Achieve set internal volume and gross profit objectives.
Review and authorise deal costing.
Review all inbound and outbound advertising, promotion, and marketing activity.
Work collectively and effectively with other department staff, department managers, Dealer Principal, Retail Sales Manager and Financial Controller.
About You
You'll energise the showroom and support Sales Consultants in delivering amazing customer experience.
You'll have a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a Used Sales Department and be looking for the next step in your career.
You'll possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
You will hold a current Motor Vehicle Salesperson Licence (QLD).
You'll hold a valid manual/auto QLD drivers licence and good driver history.
