Job Description UTS is looking for appropriate candidates for Intern, Procurement. As the Intern, Procurement , the position holder is responsible for the management of the daily procurement activities in the School from the request to the delivery of goods, works and services in a continuous improvement manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Providing effective administrative and logistic support to the Procurement team; Managing teaching aids and following up with the suppliers; Collecting and managing data on the system; Brainstorming initiatives, providing support and enhancements to existing school facilities; Cross-functional support (i.e. School events); Other tasks following the guidance of line manager/supervisors. JOB REQUIREMENTS Good integrity & trustworthiness (priority); Ability to work full-time; Good analytical & organizational skills; Detail-oriented; Ability to multitask; Strong initiative, high team spirit; Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure; Good command of English in all four skills.
