What You'll Do Lead On-Site Operations: Take charge of site teams and subcontractors to execute structural, mechanical, and piping tasks to perfection. Champion Safety: Drive a safety-first culture with proactive daily briefings and vigilant safety practices. Deliver Quality: Keep work aligned with top-notch standards and industry codes, ensuring every detail meets project specs. Optimize Resources: Make the most of manpower, materials, and equipment to keep the project on track. Solve Challenges: Address unexpected issues swiftly with solutions that keep the project moving forward. What We're Looking For Experience: Trade qualification in Boilermaking and 5+ years of experience supervising SMP projects in industries like construction, mining, or heavy industry. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, a hands-on approach to safety, and technical expertise in reading blueprints and specs.
