The Role We are looking for a Full Time Urgent Care Clinic/Nurse Manager to join our Bateman's Bay Urgent Care Centre to bring business improvements and business growth into our clinic. In this role you will manage and support our employees and Health Care Professionals. Reporting to the Regional Manager you will be responsible for dealing with all day-to-day operational requirements of running a professional Urgent Care Centre and all aspects of employee management including, talent development, mentoring performance management and centre improvements and managing the P & L's.
As a highly experienced registered nurse you will be responsible for ensuring all patients that present to the Urgent Care Service are identified as being appropriate for the service, triaged promptly and provided with front line care in collaboration with the Urgent Care medical practitioner.
