The Opportunity: We are looking for a passionate, proactive Consultant to join our Transport Advisory team within our Brisbane business unit. You will develop a good understanding of traffic engineering in the context of urban and regional transport systems. Able to provide a range of services including advice relating to traffic engineering assessment and design, freight and logistics and development impacts.
Your Responsibilities: Provide a range of services including advice relating to traffic engineering, land use/transport integration, approval processes and management. Provide traffic engineering and management principles, with the ability to apply them, including advice relating to land use/transport planning, transport network design for active, public, freight and private modes, due diligence assessments, master plans and the approval process & management. Support the delivery of strategic transport advisory projects & other national initiatives. Develop a strong technical and management background to support the Transport Advisory team. Proactively identify opportunities to engage and work collaboratively with colleagues from other disciplines and Business Units across Urbis & Cistri. About You: Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Traffic Engineering, Transport Planning, Urban & Regional Planning, or a related discipline. Relevant experience, ideally gained in a consultancy environment. Proven ability to manage and develop team members.
