Urbis, Shaping futures your way! The Opportunity: Join our dynamic team in Brisbane as a Senior Administrator, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Regional Director of Queensland who also fills the role of Group Director Regions.
In this role you will be at the heart of our operations, providing vital administrative and secretarial support, from preparing key documents to managing diaries, travel plans, and expenses.
Additionally, you'll deliver exceptional event administration and seamless coordination, all while showcasing your top-notch organisational, time management, and data entry skills. You will: Coordinate and manage regional events, including venue booking, entertainment, and attendee coordination. Co-ordinate QLD tenders from an administrative perspective. Attend events to ensure smooth operations. Manage emails, events calendar, and RSVP lists. Collaborate with Office Services and peers for a consistent client/events experience. Conduct research and analysis for opportunities and presentations. Support business development and regional activities with key directors and teams. Organise regional activities like monthly morning teas and announcements. Oversee meeting room bookings, catering, and video conference facilities. Manage diaries, emails, meetings, and travel arrangements. Prepare expense reports and reconcile expenses. Produce and collate documents using advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills. About you: Demonstrated experience in a similar role providing high quality administrative support. Demonstrated events coordination experience. Excellent knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint and Excel in particular). High proficiency in both spelling and grammar. Why Urbis?
