We are a friendly and fun team committed to facilitating high quality and environmentally sensitive development that will shape the City's future.
In this role, you will participate in a broad range of land use planning activities with a key focus on the assessment of development and subdivision applications. This is a great opportunity to increase your urban planning knowledge within a supportive team environment.

Sound knowledge of and demonstrated experience in the preparation, assessment, and processing of development applications, subdivision applications, and subdivision clearances.High level of experience and ability to interpret planning legislation and documents, local laws, information sheets, policies, and procedures.High level of negotiation, decision making, analytical, and research skills.The successful candidate should have completed a tertiary qualification in Urban and Regional Planning (or closely related discipline).Further information can be obtained by calling Laura Kelliher, Coordinator Planning Approvals on 9400 4410.
