Specific Skills To be successful in this role you will possess:
a proven track record in Technical Engineered Sales Solutions; an understanding of the Civil Drainage and Stormwater Industry; an enthusiastic and disciplined approach towards sales and marketing; knowledge of MUSIC (Model for Urban Stormwater Improvement Conceptualisation), DRAINS, and TUFLOW Hydraulic modelling software would also be advantageous. Responsibilities As an industry leader, you will assist the marketing team in developing, implementing and delivering strong modern sales and marketing strategies to service the civil stormwater construction industry. You'll be a key member of our team, delivering better outcomes for the industry, community, and environment through the implementation of new and innovative sales and marketing strategies. You will develop and maintain strong client relationships and keep up to date with the latest industry knowledge. You will communicate proactively with clients to maintain a pipeline of leads and secure sustainable and profitable stormwater-engineered product and service projects. You will also contribute as a member of the project team as a technical specialist during the project execution phase. You will provide leadership and guidance to project and tender opportunities. In addition to assisting with delivery, you will provide project administration services to ensure compliance with technical and quality assurance standards for our clients and to meet key project deliverables.
Additional Requirements You will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Hold a relevant and accredited degree in engineering or environmental science; Extensive experience in a water consulting environment; Demonstrated experience in a Sales/Marketing Leader or Business Management role; Strong contacts within the water engineering and construction industry; Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
