Why are we hiring for this role? We're seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives and deliver exceptional results for our internal teams.
What will you accomplish? Lead the end-to-end management across a range of projects including but not limited to the evaluation and implementation of SaaS tools, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, and meeting the goals of the business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, people and culture, analytics, revenue, and marketing to define project objectives, requirements, and timelines. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing risks effectively. Facilitate regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders and addressing any issues or concerns. Be the primary point of contact for meetings, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships. Conduct post-project debrief reviews to evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned from past projects to optimize processes. What do we need from you? Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with stakeholders and internal teams. Exceptional prioritization skills and a detail-oriented approach. Be energized by hard problems and working in a fast-paced environment. What will give you an edge? Experience or a keen interest in cybersecurity. Proven experience in negotiation and procurement of vendors. Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures.
