RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage a diverse caseload independently, within your field of law, while ensuring high-quality legal representation and client service. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide expert legal advice and representation to clients. Attend court hearings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings as required. Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the firm.

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualified unsupervised solicitor with years of post-qualification experience. Demonstrated expertise in any field of law, with a strong understanding of relevant legal principles and procedures. Proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and efficiently. Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. Licensed to practice law in the Victorian Jurisdiction.
