Unix Systems Administrator

Be a part of a massive integration project in a large educational institution! As a Unix System Administrator, you will be responsible for providing general Unix Server and Storage Administration Support and assist the ITDS Server and Storage team with daily queue jobs and Unix-related tasks.About YouStrong Unix/Linux server expertise and proficiency in Windows operating systems is essential.Solid experience with Network File System (NFS) protocols.Expertise in Unix file systems and general file/directory structure.Proven experience managing large-scale Red Hat Linux deployments.Ansible experience is highly advantageous.Postgraduate qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or progress towards such qualifications with extensive relevant experience.Extensive relevant experience in the field.An equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and/or training.Significantly advantageous to have Red Hat Directory Server (LDAP) or Red Hat Satellite experience.To be considered for the role, click the 'apply' button.
