About the Role The Technology Program Lead leads a coordinated approach to the Technology (ITU) response to the needs of the ERP Program to ensure the successful implementation of the ERP and the reshaping of the IT platforms that support it.
The Technology Program Lead is a senior executive level position responsible for leading and managing how the ERP will integrate and create new capabilities within the IT Architecture and organisation. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of IT processes, systems, and strategies to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with overall business goals.
This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of IT initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of IT operations, change management, and technology. The individual will work closely with senior leadership, the ERP Program and cross-functional teams to ensure that systems outcomes are aligned with the university's overall strategy and are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
About You A minimum of 15 years' experience in a complex large multi-functional organisation. Demonstrated experience in uplifting an enterprise-wide transformation. Experience successfully leading transformational change in large scale transformation programs. Experience delivering harmonised best practice change with compelling and actionable insights. Experience in coaching senior stakeholders to uplift transformational change capability. Experience leading and uplifting a team of transformation analysts and various roles at various stages of development. Experience in applying digital change management tools. Demonstrated experience facilitating cross-functional groups to achieve outcomes. Remuneration & Benefits A competitive and comprehensive remuneration will be offered. This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary.
