Job Description Description Assists and interacts with all levels of university personnel, students,
and general population. Performs administrative duties such as answering phones, faxing,
scanning, mailing, filing, and copying documents. Maintains and files confidential records and performs data entry and verification of data entered by others. Runs errands within the University. Sustains organization of the office suite and supplies cabinets/closets. Assists with special events, duties, and projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must be able to lift 25-50 lbs. Must be dependable and willing to learn new skills. Must have good computer skills. Must have good customer service skills. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Qualifications Must be a current UHD student. Must have received a work-study award from the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.
