The University Librarian will bring passion and a clear vision for leading-edge libraries positioned at the academic and cultural heart of a university.
Candidates will demonstrate the necessary credibility to engage colleagues, and possess the business acumen to deliver efficient and effective services, complex initiatives, and projects.
With an appropriate record of strategic leadership and management in an education environment, the University Librarian will have the ability to build effective collaborative relationships and engage diverse stakeholder groups.
Outstanding communication skills are essential, as is the ability to influence, inspire, think creatively and exercise sound judgment in a dynamic environment.
